Both parishioners and non-parishioners may rent our facilities, though parishioners (individuals who tithe to the parish regularly) receive discounted rates. (Businesses owned by parishioners do not qualify for discounted rates. Civic and nonprofit organizations should contact Michelle Miller or Chris Aldinger, as listed below, for rates.)
A deposit of half the rental fee is due one month in advance of the event to cover damages and/or cleanup, though it is refunded if all contract agreements have been met.

Some restrictions do apply, so be sure to ask about them.
Renters are responsible for all setup and take-down of tables, chairs and decorations and complete clean up of facilities.. In rooms where table and chairs are permanently setup, you must return them to their original positions. The parish reserves the right to reject any application for rental it deems as an inappropriate event.
